Integrate Your AI Agents with Google Calendar

Flowforge lets you integrate your AI agents with Google Calendar, enabling seamless scheduling and management of appointments and events.

Supported Functions

The integration supports three functions:

1. Book Appointment: Allows users to schedule appointments by specifying the date, time, email, and phone number.
2. Get Earliest Appointments: Retrieves the earliest available appointments starting from today.
3. Find Available Slots: Locates available time slots between two specified dates for scheduling appointments.

Setting Up Google Calendar

To set up Google Calendar, follow these steps:

1. Click on "Tools" under "AI Agents" from the sidebar.
2. Click on the "Set Up" button under Calendar to initiate seamless integration.
3. The Google Integration window will appear.
4. Choose the desired account and set up the details.

Linking Your Tool to The Assistant

To link your tool to the assistant, follow these steps:

1. Go to AI Agents > Assistants from the sidebar.
2. Click on the Assign Tool option under the Operations tab.
3. Link the Assistant to the chosen tool by highlighting the check box.
