Getting Started with Twilio

To get started, you can either port a phone number to Twilio or forward calls to a Twilio phone number. If you're new to Twilio, you'll need to sign up for an account and follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit Twilio's website and sign up for an account. After signing up, you will be directed to the Twilio Console. Navigate to Account in the top right corner of the screen and select API keys and tokens from the drop-down list.
  2. Scroll down to find the Live Credentials box, where you can find your Account SID and Auth token.
  3. Get a Twilio phone number by following the instructions on the Twilio website: https://help.twilio.com/articles/223135247-How-to-Search-for-and-Buy-a-Twilio-Phone-Number-from-Console.

Connecting Twilio to Flowforge

Once you have a Twilio phone number, you can connect it to Flowforge by following these steps:

  1. On your Flowforge dashboard, click on Settings > Channels > Set up under Twilio.
  2. Give your Twilio connection a name, enter your Twilio keys, and click "Submit". You can also add multiple Twilio accounts with different names.
