Adding or Deleting A Data Source

To add or remove PDFs, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the "AI Agents" section and select the "Data Sources" tab.

  2. Click on the "Files" option under the "Operations" tab.

  3. In the Data Sources Files dialog box, you can delete existing PDFs by clicking the delete button or add new knowledge sources by clicking the add button.

Using Website Links and PDFs as Data Sources

FlowForge allows you to expand your chatbot's knowledge base by combining the power of website links and PDF documents. By integrating these data sources, your chatbot can access a wealth of information and provide comprehensive responses to user queries.

To add website links and PDFs as data sources, follow these steps:

  1. On the FlowForge dashboard, click on "AI Agents" and then "Add Data Source" under the "Data Sources" tab.

  2. Choose the data source type from the dropdown menu, which includes options such as PDFHTTP, and Image.

  3. You can add PDFs and website links one by one, assigning a suitable name and description to each.

  4. Link the newly added data sources to your AI assistant by going to the "Assistants" tab, clicking on "View Data Sources" under the "Operations" tab, and selecting the data source by ticking the checkbox.

By following these steps, you can ensure your chatbot has access to the most relevant and up-to-date information, enabling it to provide accurate and helpful responses to user queries.
