Improve Customer Communication with the Missed Call Widget

The Flowforge Missed Call Widget is a powerful tool that ensures no missed calls go unanswered, helping businesses constantly engage with their customers and prevent lost opportunities.

Whenever a user misses a call, this widget automatically triggers an AI-driven call back to the missed caller. This feature is designed to help businesses stay connected with their customers, ensuring that potential leads or urgent support requests are not lost due to missed calls.

How the Widget Works

When a call is missed, the widget detects the event and triggers an AI system to call the missed number. The widget is triggered in the following scenarios:

  • Busy: If your contact line is busy, our AI Phone agent can reach out after a set delay.
  • Canceled: If a call is canceled, our AI Phone agent can follow up to see if it can do anything.
  • Voicemail: If the call goes to voicemail, our AI Phone agent will call back and follow your instructions.
  • No-answer: If there's no answer, our AI Phone agent can try again later.
