Customizing Your Chat Widget's Design

Tailor your chatbot's appearance to align with your brand's identity and enhance user experience. Follow these simple steps to customize your chatbot's design elements:

Step 1: Access the Customize Widget Dialog Box

  1. Click on AI Agents and navigate to the Widgets tab.
  2. Click on Customize Widget under the Operations tab.
  3. The Customize Widget dialog box will open.

Step 2: Customize Your Chatbot's Design Elements

In the Customize Widget dialog box, you'll see the following options:

  1. Conversation Avatar: Customize the visual representation of the chatbot within the conversation interface.
  2. Bot Avatar: Upload an image or select an avatar to represent the chatbot in conversations with users.
  3. Display Name: Set the name displayed for the chatbot during interactions with users.
  4. Bubble Text: Customize the text displayed in the minimized chatbot window to prompt user interaction when the chatbot is not expanded.
  5. Intro Message: Craft a welcoming message to greet users when they first interact with the chatbot.
  6. Ice Breaker Questions: Set predefined questions to initiate conversation and engage users in meaningful interactions.

Step 3: Preview Your Changes

As you make changes, you'll see real-time results in the adjacent window. This allows for easy and seamless customization.
